Timezone Meeting Planner

Compare times across multiple cities side by side, see everyone's working hours at a glance, and share a link to your proposed meeting time.

How it works

1

Pick your cities

Your base city is detected from your device's time zone. Add the cities of everyone joining the meeting.

2

Set a date and time

The grid shows the whole day in every city at once. Drag the pill — it spans across all your cities — or tap any hour to move the meeting time.

3

Share the link

Copy a link that reproduces your exact comparison — cities, date and time — and send it to your attendees.

Frequently asked questions

Does the planner handle daylight saving time?

Yes. All conversions use your browser's built-in IANA time zone database, so daylight saving transitions in every city are applied automatically for the specific date you choose.

What do the colours mean?

Green marks typical business hours (9am–5pm), yellow marks early morning and evening (7–9am and 5–9pm), and pink marks night-time hours. Aim to park the pill on an hour where every city is green or yellow.

Why do some cities share the same time?

Many cities share one official time zone. For example Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad all use India Standard Time, and New York, Boston and Miami all use US Eastern Time. We list them separately so you can pick the city your attendees actually live in.

Is my data stored anywhere?

No. All time calculations happen in your browser — your city selections, date and time never leave your device except as part of a link you choose to share. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Which city is the "base city"?

The first city in the list. The date and time you enter are interpreted in the base city's time zone, and every other column is converted from it.
